Topic: A rounds presentation on the topic of "monkeypox"

Objectives

  • review clinical presentation of monkeypox;
  • management options for symptomatic infection.

  • New, timely research funding pool focused on the health care workforce within the Policy Research for Health System Transformation funding opportunity funding opportunity. In urgent response to the unfolding health workforce crisis across the country, CIHR and Health Canada are sponsoring the launch of a new “Healthcare Workforce” funding pool. This new pool provides the opportunity to contribute to evidence-informed policy options and solutions to address the crisis and improve the future of health care in Canada.

LQM 2023 Announcement

The Laboratory Quality Management course is a completely on-line 22-week (January—June) course designed to provide knowledge, discussion, and expertise for those interested in Quality Management for Clinical and Research laboratories. The course is highly valuable for those who are or intend to be laboratory quality managers, and for those that work with quality management issues.

It is appropriate for technologists, physicians, administrators, and other laboratory professionals. Our course has attracted students from across Canada and around the world including the United States of America, Saudi Arabia, China, England and Oman.
