We are holding our Department Meeting on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, via Zoom. All department members are invited to join us for this important gathering.

This meeting is an opportunity for everyone to get updated on departmental matters, share insights, and contribute to our shared goals. Following the meeting, we’ll be hosting a Wine and Cheese Social at 5:00 pm. It’s a wonderful occasion to connect with colleagues and enjoy some relaxation time together.

RESEARCH FUNDING NEWS

Dr. Honglin Luo and Dr. Leonard Foster have received a CFI grant of $2,491,654 for their project "Transformative and Disruptive Systems Immunology." This significant funding, part of over $18 million awarded to UBC Faculty of Medicine, supports their innovative research aimed at revolutionizing our approach to immunological diseases. Their work promises to make substantial strides in medical science.
